How to stop hairfall in one week



this period of time everybody is suffering from this problems like hairfall and thining of hairs but there are lot a factors that affects your hairs

Let's start, this article is for those person who really want to stop their hair fall and want to grow new hairs

There are main 3 factors that can cause hairfall :

1. Diet 

 2. Digestion

 3. Blood circulation

 


1 diet 


There are many people who is not taking food at time and in variety
Want a 

(A) food on time :- 

everybody is not eating food at proper time ,they are eating breakfast at 1pm  and dinner at 1 am , first you have to take good time that will help your body don't cause any cell death 


(B) variety  :- 

most people's are just stuked in one food (specially vegetarians ) they just stuck to a dish and eat  that dish for 6 days in a week , if you really want your hairs to grow thick then please don't stuck to a dish and try many others foods and give preference to green leafy vegetables and fruits don't stuck to any one fruit eat every type of them 

(C) masturbation :- 

You are eating a lot of variety of food , leafy vegetables and fruits but after that hairfall still occurs because you are masturbating (twice or thrice a day ) 
Which is also damaging your brain cells to die and your muscles cell if you really want to stop your hairs to die then please leave masturbating .

(D) Junk food :- 

You are eating daily alot of fast food / junk food everyone but this is just not wasting your time and money it is also damaging your body badly 

(E)  smoking and drinking :- 

Most of the person also smoke and drink but drinking doesn't affect alot but smoking can easily kill you , sinking is to harmfull and somewhere this can also be the reason of your hair fall and other private problems (boys)



2. Digestion 

 There are many factors that can cause your hairs to fall so I am mostly  covering all the factors here because I have also faced hairfall and after lot of research I found these things everywhere so kindly read this article to the last 

 (A) exercise :- 

I know most of you are not doing any exercise you are just stuck to your fast food that's also damaging your body badly , and I know most of the people also don't quit their bad habits of drinking junk

(B) importance of yoga : - 

you are doing every exercise your are also doing muscle training but still facing hairfall why ...? Just ask yourself why ..? Have you not seen the bald person at the gym ....???
Why they become bald ...????
Here is the reason because their digestion is not up to the point they are eating everything , didn't masturbate and exercising but still facing hairfall because when your internal organs slow the process of digestion or don't properly digest the food and throw the waste out of your body.
But here is the point then how can we improve our digestion there are some best exercises to improve your digestion 

(i) " kapalbhati" . 

Yes you heard it right am talking about yoga and all beacuse only this can improve your digestion anything else can't , when you do "kapalbhati" you have to throw the oxygen out in full pressure by which you are pressuring on your internal organs ( liver , small intestine ) and when you pressurise them then they will get high blood flow through them and by that increased blood circulation they will start working better 

(ii) . "Anulom vilom " 

This  type of yoga that will help you most not in only your internal organs but also for your mind in this yoga you have to take breath from left nose and get that oxygen out by right nose using your middle finger by this you will get fresh air to the both side of your brain left and right and your Brain neurons get fresh air by which they start to spread 

3 blood circulation 

 The last but the most important thing which can cause you heavy harifall , let's start :-
 When you eat something , that food have nutrition which is caught by your internal organs and get mixed in your blood,if  you are eating a healthy diet but still you hairs are falling heavily beacuse your blood is not giving that nutrion to your scalp So if you follow this then you will get good blood circulation in your scalp

2 balayam :-  check it 

 it is also a  yoga that helps in improving blood circulation to your scalp it is also known as nail rubbing exercise that most people do for hairs growth but for visible results you have to do this for minimum 1-2months 

3 dermaroller :- 

Have you heard about it , yes ? Then why aren't you using it ?? 
It can give you amazing visible results if you aren't not using this I want to tell you buy one from Amazon and use it I suggest you for 0.5 mm  beacuse it is the perfect size that can help you grow your hairs back 


4. Scalp massage :- 

Do you not get a massage by your mom in childhood ? 
Then now why you don't this .? Because you can't go out ok then do it in night and wash your head in the morning scalp massage is a very effective way to get good blood circulation in your scalp 

5. Combing :- 

Why do you not comb your hairs ?? Because you are scared that your hairs will start falling then use a comb which have big space in the teeths ,combing 10minutes everyday can improve your blood circulation that can give you good results 

6. Minoxidrill :-

 minoxidrill is a chemical which do increase blood circulation to your scalp you have to directly apply it on your scalp after washing your head and you will get good results from it but before using it please discuss about it with your dermatologist 

7. Deep breath :- 

 Taking deep breath helps your body to circulate your blood in good speed 


9. Cold shower :-

 don't use hot water to wash your head because this badly affect  your scalp and your skin too then please always take a cold shower when bathing
